Thank you for choosing No Attorney Timeshare-Cancellation Kit to help with the elimination of your timeshare contract. During the cancellation process timeshare owner should maintain the timeshare in its present condition up to the time of its cancellation. This includes timely payment of all payments, dues, fees, etc. the risk of loss remains with the timeshare owner until the cancellation is complete. Cancellation is defined as the elimination of any liability for efficiency amounts owed to the timeshare company. No Attorney Timeshare can make no guarantee that your timeshare company will not report the failure to pay any amounts owed to the credit reporting agencies as you are in a legal binding contract with the resort and/or financial institution. In addition, any remaining time whether “space banked” with an exchange company or current usage may not be utilized once the Resort has been served with the Intent to Cancel. This is up to and including the “Timeshare Owner” travelling or the usage of the Resort on behalf of the ‘timeshare owner”. The intent of the DIY Cancellation Kit is to cancel the timeshare contract severing all liability between the “Timeshare Owner” and the Resort hence there can be no usage during the cancellation process. The services provided by No Attorney Timeshare are that of a non-attorney, and No Attorney Timeshare will not give any legal advice or financial advice.

No Attorney Timeshare guarantees the Timeshare Cancellation Kit, in the event that the step by step process was followed completely, sent the appropriate letters, etc. and did not result in a successful cancellation within 90 days of the first letter being served to the Resort, No Attorney Timeshare will provide at no additional charge an additional consecutive 6 months of support. The support will be for researching, letter writing, and/or reviewing documentation. The length of time that No Attorney Timeshare states that the process will take for a successful cancellation is on an individual basis determined by your specific circumstance and resort.

As the “Timeshare Owner” you are in a legal binding contract with the “Resort”, “Developer” and/or “Financial Institution” at any time during the cancellation process these entities reserve the right per the contract that was signed by the “Timeshare Owner” to request and/or require any financial documents and/or medical documents that prove the claim of hardship. The “Resort”, “Developer” and/or “Financial Institution” also reserve the right to require additional documentation such as death certificates, name change documentation, divorce decrees, and/or any additional information the “Resort”, “Developer” and/or “Financial Institution” deems appropriate for the hardship and/or circumstance that is being claimed as a valid “reason” for the timeshare cancellation.

It is the “Timeshare Owners” responsibility to utilize all documentation in the Timeshare Cancellation Kit for the purpose of cancellation the timeshare contract as well as to follow the process that is completely outlined in the Timeshare Cancellation Kit, this includes but is not limited to serving the resort with all of the letters that are provided in the Timeshare Cancellation Kit. The documents in the Timeshare Cancellation Kit are to be utilized “as is” and should not be misrepresented in any way to the “Resort”, “Developer”, and/or “Financial Institution” in the event the documents were and/or are misrepresented all guarantees, as well as, all support will be void from No Attorney Timeshare.

In the event that buyer’s remorse occurs No Attorney Timeshare offers a 3 day rescission period from date of purchase via written request and receipt of purchase must be provided. Once the package has been received and signed for there will be no refund honored, please see above for details for guarantee policy.
