This Purchase and Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Purchaser") and No Attorney Timeshare ("Company") for the purchase of the DIY Timeshare Cancellation Kit ("Kit").
The Kit consists of self-help templates, instructions, and a digital guide designed to assist the Purchaser in cancelling their own timeshare contract, deed, loan, or points. The Kit is informational and does not constitute legal advice or representation. The Company is not a law firm and does not provide legal services.
Purchaser acknowledges that results depend on the Purchaser correctly completing and mailing the provided documents. During the cancellation process, the Purchaser should maintain the timeshare in its present condition, including timely payment of all payments, dues, and fees, until the cancellation is complete.
The Kit is delivered as a digital download immediately upon successful payment. Because the product is a digital good delivered instantly, the sale is final and non-refundable once the guide has been downloaded, except as required by applicable law.
Purchaser agrees that the digital guide is licensed for the Purchaser's personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared. Each downloaded copy is watermarked with the Purchaser's email address and the date of download for traceability.

This electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the U.S. ESIGN Act.
