These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and purchase from the website noattorneytimeshare.com (the "Site") operated by No Attorney Timeshare ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, signing the electronic Purchase & Service Agreement, or completing a purchase, you ("you," "Customer," or "Purchaser") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase the product.

The name that appears on your credit card or bank statement for this purchase will be "No Attorney Timeshare" or a closely related descriptor. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank so we can resolve it quickly.

2. Description of Product

We sell the DIY Timeshare Cancellation Kit (the "Kit"), a digital download product consisting of a guide, instructions, and pre-written self-help document templates designed to assist you in cancelling your own timeshare contract, deed, loan, or points. The Kit is delivered electronically as a downloadable, watermarked PDF and related digital files. No physical goods are shipped.

The Kit is informational and self-help in nature. The Company is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice or legal representation, and the Kit is not a substitute for the advice of a licensed attorney. Results depend on your individual circumstances and on your correctly completing and submitting the documents.

3. Pricing & Currency

The price of the Kit is $599.00 USD, charged as a one-time payment. All prices are stated and all transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). The total amount you will be charged, including any applicable taxes, is displayed at checkout before you authorize payment. This is not a subscription. There are no recurring charges, automatic renewals, or hidden fees. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already completed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is processed securely through Authorize.Net. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). Card data is encrypted in your browser and transmitted directly to our payment processor; we never store or have access to your full card number. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is true and accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.

5. Delivery / Fulfillment Policy

Because the Kit is a digital download, it is delivered instantly and electronically immediately after your payment is approved. You will be able to download your watermarked guide directly from the confirmation screen, and a download link will also be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly. If you do not receive access to your download within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then contact support@noattorneytimeshare.com for prompt assistance. There are no shipping charges and no physical delivery.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

  • The Kit is a digital product that is delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase. Because of the instant-access, non-returnable nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
  • Satisfaction commitment: If you have not yet downloaded or accessed the Kit, or if you experience a technical problem we are unable to resolve, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase by emailing support@noattorneytimeshare.com with your order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with the outcome of your timeshare cancellation, as results depend on factors outside our control, including your resort, your correct use of the documents, and your individual situation.

Chargebacks: If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first. We keep a record of your electronically signed agreement, your IP address, timestamps, and download activity, and we are committed to resolving billing issues directly and fairly.

7. Electronic Agreement & Signature

As part of checkout you are asked to review and electronically sign a Purchase & Service Agreement. You agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature and is binding. We retain a record of the agreement you signed, the version of these Terms in effect at that time, and related transaction metadata.

8. License & Acceptable Use

Upon purchase you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Kit for your own personal timeshare cancellation. The Kit is watermarked and licensed to you individually. You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, or commercially exploit the Kit or its templates. All content, trademarks, and materials on the Site and within the Kit are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

9. No Legal Advice; No Guarantee of Results

The Company is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The Kit provides general self-help information and document templates only. We do not guarantee any specific result, timeline, or that any particular timeshare contract will be cancelled. During the cancellation process you should maintain your timeshare in its current status, including timely payment of all payments, dues, and fees, until cancellation is confirmed. The risk of loss remains with you until cancellation is complete.

10. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, for correctly completing and submitting the documents provided, for retaining proof of mailing (such as certified mail receipts), and for complying with all applicable laws. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your purchase.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and the Kit are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of the Kit shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Kit. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Site and your purchase are also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, except where prohibited by applicable law.

15. Export & Eligibility

The Kit is intended for customers purchasing for lawful purposes. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and that your purchase and use of the Kit comply with the laws applicable to you.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.
