Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 6, 2026
No Attorney Timeshare ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through noattorneytimeshare.com (the "Site"), how we use and protect it, and your choices. By using the Site or purchasing the DIY Timeshare Cancellation Kit (the "Kit"), you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide:
- Identity & contact information — your full legal name and email address, provided when you sign the Purchase & Service Agreement, contact us, or check out.
- Electronic signature & agreement records — your typed/drawn signature, the agreement version you accepted, and the date and time of acceptance.
- Payment information — when you purchase, your card details are entered into a secure form and transmitted directly to our payment processor. We do not collect, see, or store your full card number, CVV, or full expiration data. We receive only a transaction confirmation and limited details (such as the last four digits, card brand, and authorization result) needed to manage your order.
Information collected automatically:
- Technical & transaction data — your IP address, browser type and user agent, timestamps, and download activity. We collect this in part to verify purchases, secure our service, and maintain records for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
- Cookies and similar technologies — the Site may use essential cookies and basic analytics to operate and improve the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process your payment and deliver your digital download.
- To create and watermark your personalized PDF guide (your email and purchase date are watermarked into the file you download, which is licensed to you).
- To send you your receipt, download link, and order-related communications.
- To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
- To maintain records of your electronically signed agreement and transaction for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and chargeback/dispute-resolution purposes.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, or technical issues, and to comply with our legal obligations.
3. Payment Security & PCI Compliance
Payments are processed by Authorize.Net, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Card data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption and is tokenized in your browser before submission. The Site uses HTTPS across all pages. Because we never handle raw card data on our servers, your sensitive payment information is protected by the gateway's certified security infrastructure.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate, such as our payment processor (Authorize.Net), email/hosting providers, and analytics tools, and only to the extent needed to perform their services.
- Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or enforce our Terms & Conditions.
- Business transfers, if the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred subject to this Policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information, signed agreement, and transaction records for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including providing support and complying with legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
6. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@noattorneytimeshare.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law. You may also unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link in those emails or by contacting us; note we may still send transactional messages related to your purchase.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site and the Kit are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
8. International Users
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; we encourage you to review their policies.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
